Lawrence travels the world offering world-class secrets in mentoring, fitness and spa consulting. He works on the Advisory Board for the International Council on Active Aging. He is a reporter-in-the-field for the International Spa Association. He has created fitness and wellness programs for Equinox, 24 Hour Fitness, Gold’s Gym, and Bally. He received a Conde Nast Traveler Award for innovative spa programming worldwide. Lawrence is also an Anti-Aging Specialist. He has worked with TV celebrities and has appeared on CNN as a fitness & wellness specialist. He is a Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher and American Fitness Certification Specialist. Lawrence splits his time between Greece, Puerto Rico and NYC. His philosophy of life, fitness, playfulness and joy are uplifting and informative.
