Skin care is so important, it is after all your largest organ! I have been crazy about skincare for as long as I can remember and that is why I am so excited to tell you all about my latest obsession! Denise Dubois! A licensed aesthetician and owner of Complexions Spa for Beauty and Wellness with locations in Albany and Saratoga Springs, N.Y. Denise has just launched a clean skincare collection, Dubois Beauty. What took 5-years in the making, the natural skincare products contain the best clean, active ingredients inspired by nature. Dubois is a pioneer in clean beauty and sustainability. And you know I love that!
I recently asked Denise why she took on this project and she said “While we cannot turn back the clock, we can improve our own life and the experience of living. Through my extensive beauty industry knowledge and access to professionals and experts in the field, it has been my passion project to create a clean skincare line at the clinical level that produces superior results,”
When I knew that, I knew our partnership would be a natural one. As a Certified Integrative Health Coach focused on a holistic, science-based approach to nutrition and health, you all know how I feel about health, self-care, wellness and well-being. Balance, overall health and wellness are extremely important. Life is a balance of choices. Denise and I are of the same mindset that you must live life and make every choice that feels right at the time but being conscious of the choices that we make and how it makes us feel. The nice thing about Dubois Beauty is I don’t have to worry about my skincare, I know that’s always in check with Denise’s products. Denise knows what she’s doing, and she does it exceptionally.
Dubois means “of the forest” in French, which you know I love, and several of the key ingredients used throughout the skincare line come from the Boreal Forest found in the northeast region of the United States and Canada. The brand also uses mineral waters from the famed health and wellness resort destination Saratoga Springs. Denise has authored and published Living Beautifully, an eight-point guide to building a holistic lifestyle.
Deinse was inspired to create her skincare brand Dubois Beauty to offer innovative, clean beauty solutions for customers at her high-end spas located in New York’s Capital Region which she has owned and operated for 35 years. The Dubois Beauty skincare line includes 13 products with another five in production.
